What would it be like for Officer Trigger happy if he was trained to Id the threat (IE the Cane) before he open fired. Save himself alot of anguish for the rest of his life. Poor Judgment on the officers part because they are taught officers safety. What about the officers Mental state for the rest of his life. Officer safety comes second to human rights to life.
