Fort Hood Again?

I do not agree with the fact another soldier went on a shooting rampage again. Nor do I think it was justified.
I do however wonder why its Fort Hood again. As an Infantry Combat veteran I can imagine the stress this soldier was under. before this story really comes out I am going to guess that his fellow soldiers did not treat him the way they should have. He felt alone and felt that he had no way out but the people giving him grief would pay.  Soldiers do not always get treated well by their fellow soldiers. When they go for help they get labeled and ridiculed by some chains of command.
Not all soldiers are good soldiers even though they get promoted and are well liked. Sometimes the problem goes to the top of the Chain of command. You cannot just get out of the Military. There is no Two week notice. You are stuck in your job until your contracted time is up. When you are stuck in a unit that plain sucks your life can suck.
Some good soldiers are treated bad and are not given the respect that they may deserve. Poor leadership and bad examples infect the Army and its getting worse. I recall a certain soldier who is now in FT Leavenworth. He went to Special Forces Selection and was selected. He was promoted over all his other fellow soldiers but this individual was a piece of crap.
He went on to make others lives miserable until life caught up with him. Too bad the damage was done. Others Careers were ruined because of this individual.
I'm just guessing on this one but I think he was treated in a manner that is unprofessional and uncalled for. If not why does it keep happening on the Same Base?
